Collaborations in the Community
-
State of Mind
State of Mind will tour over twenty Montana communities—primarily rural—using interactive theatre and public dialogue to spark meaningful conversations about mental health.
This initiative goes beyond performance—it’s a statewide effort to engage communities in redefining care, seeking help, and sharing responsibility for well-being. A team of Montana-based artists, facilitators, and mental health professionals will collaborate with local residents to drive change.
Because heavy topics can arise, Meadowlark therapists will be present at each performance to provide support.
Shifting the conversation requires culture shift. And culture shift starts with culture work. State of Mind invites Montanans to reimagine what care looks like—together.

Beat the Winter Blues
Winter can be a challenging time, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
Our Beat the Winter Blues self-care group offers a welcoming space for adults to explore narrative and expressive art therapy techniques. Led by John Myers, SWLC, and Alyssa Holly, SWLC, this group is designed to support emotional well-being, encourage self-expression, and provide creative tools for managing seasonal challenges.
Join us on Tuesdays in February (4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th) from 6:00-7:30 PM at our office in suite 306. A suggested donation of $10 per session helps cover materials.
To reserve your spot, call or text (406) 396-2336.
We look forward to supporting you on your self-care journey!
